Around Town - Great Exhibits At The Getty

When I need a weekend get-away and I don't have time to drive down to Laguna Beach, I like to go to the Getty Center.
High on the hill, above all the traffic and congestion of the city. it's lovely to just wander around outside amid the stately Richard Meier architecture and enjoy the magnificent view of the coastline.
But this weekend it is all about what's going on inside the Getty Center with the Bernini and Maria Sibylla exhibits.



And while I typically don't drive to Malibu during the summer because of the seasonal traffic, I'm definitely going to make the trek up to the Getty Villa for the Dilettanti exhibit.
