Zihuatanejo - The Report From the Field

It's hot and humid here
which is hardly a surprise since it is rainy season
and I'm not going to even discuss the bug bites...
what was I thinking coming to this location in the middle of summer?
Still, the sun manages to come out for a few hours a day
the ocean is warm
and this is what it looks like from the terrace of my room

it could be worse....

I can feel the heat oozing from those photographs.
I'm missing your take on what the bad boy masters of the universe are up to, I saw a headline yesterday about SK and thought oh what will Belle think? Damn she's on holiday!

Belle - I had to Google the place name and thanks to Wiki, I now know exactly where it is and how to pronounce it (in theory). It looks divine. Enjoy your stay.

How well I can relate. A couple of times, going waaaay South, we have been met with great bargains on the trip...and then we discovered why. The rainy season. By then it's too late to change anything and one can make the best of a kinda-bad situation. Very funny post, but it's still beautiful.

OMG, gorgeous!!! Is that your own personal jacuzzi??

What LPC said. And drink a lot of alcohol to repel the mosquitos. (or at least not notice them)
