Around Town - The Resnick Collection or What I Didn't Do Last Night

Also on the agenda last night was the opening of the Resnick Pavilion at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.  Instead we headed out to dinner outside on the sidewalk at Clafoutis at Sunset Plaza, where the young and the euro go for late night dining and people watching.
There will be plenty of opportunity to see the pavilion later.
The Resnick Pavilion, like the Broad Building, was designed by Renzo Piano to hold varied collections including that of Lynda and Stewart Resnick.  I particularly want to see the 18th Century French Furniture, Paintings and Sculpture.
It's rather amazing what the Resnick's have managed to acquire.
But I assume that when you own
and

you can afford to acquire
