I think this is a photo of the building where I spent my afternoon...the Conde Nast building.I will have more to say about this next week when I get back to LA, but until then, let's just say that I am very disappointed to not have seen Anna Wintour at Vogue.

I worked for Conde Nast in London. I saw the behind the "seams" at Vogue House...it isn't so glam! I did have the pleasure of visiting the daunting and sterile building in NYC once.....never saw madame Wintour but I hear she DOES take the normal lifts and is a staple in the building! Really funny---because the Editor of Vogue UK is such a normal lady who is so "un-fashion" and approachable. Chalk and Cheese! Can't wait to hear how it goes. Have you had to pleasure of visiting Conde Nast in LA....really weird.

Well, I didn't see the daunting Ms. Wintour but I did ride up in the elevator with Hamish Bowles. And yes, he was dressed rather dashing.
Then I want to hear all about it when you get back. Now have fun! I insist!
