After a weekend of enjoying the most delicious cake from Victor Benes bakery and chocolates from Leonidas that are beyond description, I'm glad that Amy Alkon posted this video.
I needed a reminder that sugar is poison and if you have a spare hour and a half you should watch this too.

I don't want to watch! Don't make me!! The other night when I had my little lamb dinner party...my guests brought me a box of chocolate. Fabulous chocolate! I never have sweets in the house. Just better not to. I ate the entire box (12 pieces) over the course of a day. I figured it was better to just get rid of it all at once!
