I just wanted to let you know that we finally got around to launching a website for Kazanjian & Fogarty, which is the parent firm of Beladora.com.
Kazanjian & Fogarty, led by the intrepid Russell Fogarty, estate jewelry and gemstone guru, formerly of Christie's Auction House, has been a jewelry buying office on Rodeo Drive for some 20 years.
Typically, the jewelry purchased by K&F was wholesaled out to other dealers and to retail jewelry stores until someone had the bright idea to take the estate jewelry direct to the public via the Beladora.com website.
The website is brand new so it's not showing up on Google, Bing and the rest of the search engines yet. But you can take a look at it here
We are buying everyday. Maybe you have something to sell?
Oh, and one more thing...no item is too expensive for Kazanjian & Fogarty to purchase...so if you have a 10 carat pink diamond to sell, bring it on!

Was it your idea? Good for you, because it's a good one! I have some family pieces but have also found a few at auction. I'm always amazed at what stunning pieces are out there, absolutely incredible.
And BTW, your post on flash sales and manufactured scarcity is spot-on. I have gone to look at what the offerings are maybe 2 or 3 out of 10 -15 times, and have been disappointed each time.
