Around Town - November in Beverly Hills

It's not all about the shopping

One of the reasons why I like Beverly Hills is that it is a small town in the middle of a big extended city and there's stuff to do besides shopping. Tonight, for example was the lighting of of the chandeliers on Rodeo.

We were there tonight, and kept waiting and waiting and waiting for the lights to come on. We went up on the rooftop patio at Louis Vuitton with some friends, but around 7pm our son started melting down so we had to leave. Guess we missed it by just a few minutes. It was quite the "do" though.

BTW, I sent you an e-mail, let me know if you didn't receive.

Wow... the roof top terrace at LV...you've got some friends in high places!
I wish that we had something in town to take your son to like the lighting of the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center. I think that the Grove is well decorated at xmas but I can't stand the crowds.
Another cool thing to do with kids if you are willing to drive to Newport Beach is the holiday boat parade.
